The caption on the picture says "President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden, along with members of the national security team, receive an update on the mission..."

Where does it say live feed?

Of course when dealing with stuff like this it's always best to get it from the actual source, that way you don't get any twists.

A 25 min black out during the heat of the raid is mysterious? That's a pretty far reach... I've had my radio go down, all types of shit break just from walking in the bush, let alone all the crap that does go wrong in the heat of battle.

I was listening to a BBC2 radio program and they were discussin this today and the more the story started to change the people were ringing in and doubting that most of what the US Gov are saying was true

They should have got their story correct before releasing anything from the white house

Aren't their video feeds designed exactly for missions like that? Or perhaps they just wear them for shits and giggles, so they can upload funny videos to youtube?

The fact is though this was comming from the white house which is supposed to be "media controlled" So by all of the wrong info been giving out puts a damper on the whole raid and does make the whole thing look stupid. It also does not help with convincing people that what took place was the truth

The OP (onwebcam) tosses out anti-Obama conspiracy red herrings without regard for facts.

For example, in another thread he touts an article claiming that Bin Laden was dead years ago, yet in this one he cites an article that states Bin Laden's daughter witnessed her father being killed.

Unless Osama Bin Laden possessed super powers, and was killed twice, you can't have it both ways...

I do not know what footage may or may not exist...even if the Satellite feed to the CONUS went down during real time...the SEALS may or may not have video of their own. They just returned to the CONUS today and are currently undergoing debriefing...thus there may or may not be additional information released...based upon the decision of the President.

BTW...it is possible that after the debriefing of the SEALS if additional information is released it could conflict with information that has been released.

When you have multiple people releasing information and then the media taking things out of context/placing their spin on it...conflicting information is not unusual.

The buck stops with the President so his words are the only words of real import.

I did not cite the entire article.. Obviously if a reporter is a part of the MSM he has to be on the side that Osama is dead and his daughter witnessed it since that is what the official story is or he/she wouldn't be employed very long...

I wouldn't think all 6 did... I would assume it uses area wifi, to the helicopter which then shot the signal up to space. I can think of many reasons why a system like that would fail in my backyard, let alone during a combat mission.

It appears so, but I have no idea how often they use it or how good it is. But I do know if the military has it, it breaks.
