I think what Ava Devine did to her tits was the worst.

That's not the worst boob job ever. All you need to do is cover up the scars.

I think if you put some paint over the scar that is in the color of the lady's skin, then you will not see the scar anymore. The texture of the scar doesn't look good - but it can be covered up with some paint or something. Otherwise, the shape of the boobs is perfectly fine and good.
