Makes 50K a year "a few times over" but has to make payments on his seadoo. Not to mention he sold his "entire empire" to "start from scratch" for a combined what? Less than $20,000? Borrowing money for luxury items at a high rate (yes, even 6% is high compared to cash) all while you have the cash sitting around does not make financial sense. Period.
