a really great program that not too many people know about: Useful File Utilities. If you ever need to batch-replace/rename/remove across multiple files this program will save you a lot of time.

"High customization" get outta here. There are tons of FREE plugins that take seconds to install that'll fix that problem.

WP is one of the best and most supported solutions for any blog owner. It's the vBulletin of blogs.

No, it's more of the phpbb2 of blogs. vBulletin actually has support.

What I meant was the community behind it, that's a form of support too. Just like vB has vbulletin.org, WP has wordpress.org.
