Yes, she made it by herself. It's her 5th or 6th cake to date. That XMas one was her first.

Man I miss getting cakes like that. Now the best I can do other than making a dumpy one at home, is to buy one of those chocolate ones at Costco. All the bakeries here use Meringue icing and the cake is always dry as hell.

That is really impressive! I can bake really well but my cakes always end up looking like they were decorated by a 5 year old. Did she take a class or is she just a natural at it?
