Max Hardcore Sentenced to 46 Months in Minimum Security
 

TAMPA - Director Paul Little, aka Max Hardcore, was sentenced today to 46 months in a minimum security prison on charges of distributing obscene videos through the mail and the Internet.

Little was fined $7,500 and his company Max World Entertainment was fined $75,000. The director was charged with 10 counts in all, plus another 10 counts for his company.

i'm sure this was immediately appealed. the question is are they going to keep him locked up pending appeal proceedings. since he got 46 months he could be considered a flight risk and they may keep him in there.

we shall see.

I just saw Max at the Pirates premiere - he was in good spirits.... prolly not so much today.

Anyone know how much of that he will actually serve. Most sentences it's barely half.

Also, there is a big difference between minimum security and regular prison, at least from what I have heard. You can walk around pretty much all day long, television, etc. Still sucks to be in prison though I'm sure.

What did he do? Consider that most of this is just a ploy to scare everyone else into what a minority will consider morality, if they want you ... guess what - your cards getting pulled.

Did anyone learn from this and if so what was it - no pissy, no fisty? Max is not a fav of mine, nor do i like his films - he's a loud mouth from what i have seen - but that doesnt mean this is justified.

jaded made the mistake of using the USPS instead of UPS to save a few bucks on shipping....no matter how you look at it...max did push the envelope...but this is supposed to be a free country...
