Says I have a small penis don't make me use it.
maybe the guy couldn't read?
kind of agressive behavior :/
its in Iowa. so, no.
people are starting to get sick of the police state bullshit. they were probably just trying to goto their home
welcome tio the police state
Wow I really think thats not necessary.
Im from Cedar Rapids originally. Police there panic just as easy as regular citizens. Very glad I don' live there anymore
I dont think you can judge it without knowing the circumstances, what was said, what went on. For one thing if the officer told him to stop and he continued to drive a motor vehicle is considered a weapon and if continuing to hit the gas that is quite illegal and yes would warrant action by the officer. :2 cents:

can't get the whole story from one picture

I guess it depends on what is actually going on. Can't really tell from the pic, but it's possible they tried to stop the vehicle and the driver looked to run the cop over if he didn't get out of the way. If that's the case, drawing your firearm is a reasonable reaction.
It could be a cop on a power trip or it could be a cop defending himself from being run over. Either way, sucks to live in Iowa right now. |

I just saw it on the news.
They told him to stop, shit is under water. He kept trying to get past them, bumped the cop a few times with his truck. They busted out his window, pulled him out, cuffed and stuffed and headed to jail in Jones county since the jail here is under water. |
As much as it sucks, you have to respect the law. :(
i saayyyyyyeeeeeeeeead "DROP THE CELLPHONE" .... NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Normally a pretty decent part of the country. had to be a story.

Half of my family are in law enforcement...2 of the handful of people that are my close friends are cops...
And I say fuck 'em. Everytime I have been pulled over or had any contact with a cop they are rude to me. They act like their shit doesn't stink and they let you know in no uncertain terms that they can treat you like a child and if you don't like it and say ANYTHING to them about it they will fuck you up. You guys out there with family in law enforcement know what I'm talking about. My brother, my cousins, hell...even my mom have all told me that they LIVE for confrontation. They look forward to it, and if a day goes by that a cop doesn't get to legally fuck somebody up, it's a bad day for them. And when I say "fuck somebody up" I don't mean beat them...I just mean fuck them in any way that is possible. From a traffic ticket to just scaring the shit out of people. It's understandable I guess. That cop in the picture is pulling a fucking loaded gun on a person because that person didn't "obey" him. I guess it's justified because that person would have been in danger driving to his flooded home. And he's not in danger by having a high strung cop pulling a loaded weapon on him? I don't think that's what our founding fathers EVER had in mind in this country. And if it's okay for a cop to put a loaded gun in somebodies face because a car is a "weapon". Then tell me what would happen if one of us tried that same shit? We "order" somebody to not go to their home in a flood and then when that person tries to drive past us...we put a loaded gun in their face, bust their window out, drag 'em out, probably hurt them pretty badly and then put handcuffs on them. You or me did that shit, we would be in prison for life. Yet a cop does it and it's all good? Yeah, I know the stress they are under and it's a tough job. But my experience over the years and the stories from family and friends who are cops says: That cop relished doing that to that person, and later on drank beers with other cops and high-fived about it. I think it sucks. We give them too much power. Edit: I just noticed the military guy standing there watching sort of in disbelief. |

I thought Americans were all "guns aren't dangerous with proper training" blah blah blah. Wouldn't a cop have had proper training and then some? I'm not a psychiatrist so perhaps it's just my inexperience in such matters talking, but I fail to see how you can judge whether or not he's high strung by that picture or that he's pulling his gun just to endanger the driver further. |
Step away from the vehicle!
Haha...not me!

Does charge mean he tried to run the cop over, or does charge mean the guy was just trying to drive past the cop who told him to stop. My bet would be the second, considering the guy likely just wanted to get to his house. |
On first glance it isn't great but I do think you need to know exactly what the guy in the car was doing.
