I read they are all accounted for and they will not be making more. Not like I could afford that anyway.

The Lamborghini Reventón is a supercar that debuted at the 2007 Frankfurt Auto Show. It is said to be the most powerful and expensive Lamborghini to date, costing one million euros. The official press release states that only 20 will be built, but it was later reported that the total number would be 100. The exterior styling was inspired by the F-22 Raptor. Although the exterior is partially new, almost the entire mechanics (including the engine) are taken directly from the Murciélago LP640.

I bet that is the most uncomfortable car to drive ever. I guess looks is all that matters to some folks, but I'd rather have a comfortable car that still looks good.

This one is 15y+ older and hits 60mph within 3.6 sec, I wondet what would happen if they would make that body from aluminium... Anyways, sucks not to be #1. Go Bugatti.

i am not completely sure about that, Lamborghini is SPA which means societa' per AZIONI which could mean that WV has shares in it.

But Lamborghini headquarter is still in Sant'Agata which is in Italy, the soul is still italian...thanks god!

Post-Chrysler: Megatech and Audi

In 1994, poor economic circumstances at Chrysler forced them to sell Lamborghini to an Indonesian investment group headed by Tommy Suharto. These owners sold the company in the late 1990s, also while suffering from poor economic circumstances. By then however, the German car company Audi AG had gained interest in the ailing Italian company, and in 1998, in a complex series of transactions, Audi AG became the sole owner of Automobili Lamborghini.

Lamborghini's latest owner once again greatly influenced the design of its cars, such as today's Murcielago. Audi's vast technical resources helped produce one of Lamborghini's most sophisticated two-seaters to date.
and Audi is? :thumbsup
