Ok here is the story....
This guy named MidnightJackson....or reall name Derek Brown.....
2 months ago he purchased content for me for $1.000
i was man enough and sent him all download links...
he said he will pay after 3 days... then he keep delaying and telling he would sell some things he has and pay me...
then keep ignoring me..don't answering me....
and today he said he changed his mind and don't want the content...
WTF??? After 2 months of delaying with payment,after he took all the content... probably couse he is broke...he said he don't want it? WTF????
So i will wait few more days...if he dont show up and send the money or...tell me the FUCKING DATE when he will pay and respect the DATE.... i will press charges against him...my company is in USA so he can forget about story that overseas charges are expencive and not worth...i dont care for 1000 bucks but i do care for fucking principe....i was too nice with him,and he ripp me off at the end and don't respect shit...
so am waiting now to see what he will do before i take legal action..
so everyone be warned from this Derek Brown aka "Midnight Jackson guy"....

I have been working with Lykos for many years now (probably our first exclusive photographer) and there is no one as generous as him in the content biz . So for someone to take this piss like this must be one big asshole.

It is a shame my bro has turned gay now as he used to flood us with top quality amateur content..hehe

I have worked with Lykos and I consider him to be one of the most honest people in the business. Over time he has shown me what a very generous and trusting person he is. He handles himself like a gentleman, which is so rare these days.

My first thought and advice from my friends was not to respond to this because without knowing the story everyone is going to jump to their own conclusion and add their own spin to this story. The fact of the matter is, I made an agreement to purchase content, I changed my mind and NEVER downloaded his content, his logs will show that I logged in once to his system and download $10.00 worth of free content that he gives away.
That is the truth and thats all there is to it, the unfortunate thing about boards is that people can say what they want about you, give out personal information about you and play the judge, jury and executioner. I have no ill will against anyone, I just wanted the truth to be know, I never stole anything, I made an agreement to purchase content and changed my mind, I took nothing that didnt belong to me.

errrr, you just stated you made an agreement. You also said earlier in your response you took the free content, but in the end of your post you claim you never took anything that didn't belong to you?. So essencially you broke your agreement and took the free content *which did not belong to you*, which was probably to be used for paying customers.
There is no way for any of us to know if you did or did not download the content you agreed to purchase.
I am not jumping down your back, but there is always 3 sides to every story. I truly doubt Lykos would have started this thread if something was not right.

Yes, I'm doing that now, I hope this does get resolved, but I will not back down it's not right regardless of who you are to think you can BULLY someone in to paying you for something you didnt take. I made a mistake I should have told him I would buy the content, he made me a good deal, but something came up and I wasnt able to purchase it. I was honest with him I told him in the begining I would try but I just didnt have the spare funds, He knows the truth and GOD know the truth, I didnt dowload his content he has a password system, He even admitted that he doesnt care if I didnt download it! He wants to hold me to an agreement! (Well you cant make a chicken lay eggs by choking it).

If you look at the gfy rules it clearly states that whois info is NOT considered to be personal info.

What was the point to even do that? It's an attack anyway you look at it. So if you and I and an agreement and you changed your mind, you would say it's fair for me to go after you???

Because I'm not going to run or let this disappear, I had a talk with my son the other day and I told him that you have to stand up to Bullies, even if they beat the crap out of you, It's the principle not to let anyone push you around. What kind of father would I be if I dont live up to the words I say to my son. I DID NOT STEAL FROM LYCOS, NEVER DOWNLOADED THE CONTENT. Whether I'm believed or not that is the truth.
