Any expensive web designers out there ?

I am looking for a mad expensive designer.

I need a designer with some creativity at last.

I don't want a designer that just layers some border and images,
I need a designer who is able to design his own icons/images/whatever and then use it all to come up with a unique web design.. a real designer.

You must be able to convert your final design into wordpress.

If you don't think your designs are the best, then don't reply please.

I don't do my own cartoons, that's a pretty specific skill ... but I do photography and have an extensive stock archive I can use to design with.

I'm not mad expensive, but i'm not cheap either ... I can do paysites from $500 to $5000 depending on the standard you want.

I meet almost all of your design requests except I don't produce for wordpress ...

Post your portfolio here if you are available.

WordPress does not require real designers, WordPress requires some real scripting knowledge to implement a fully creative layout. However there are numerous templates out there that can be made over and redone and it does not cost as much.

Most Designers lack skill in coding or do not specialise in Coding, much like myself.
You may need someone like WebInc, or one of those sorts of design houses that have a coding freak and designing freak.

But hey a year later doesnt hurt to make a post;) 26,950!

Combination of great designer and great coder can make magic for you.. Thats what i do at my workshop. motiontheme.com I design and code. I think every single WEB designer must have great xhtml skills as he must design and consider how its gonna be optimized and markeup at the end. For me it has never been a problem that is why i can afford offering great design and top quality coding. My prices maybe above average on the market but i keep my customers satisfied!

Hmm ... while I can do pretty much all the CSS I need to ... I choose not to. Why? Well ... why would I want to focus my energies into coding when I'm a designer? I draw stuff. I make it look good ... I don't wanna waste my time doing technical stuff when I can focus, become better at the art side, and then have a specialist do high quality code for me?

I agree you should have an understanding of the code side ... but I really don't agree that you should great xhtml skills.

That said ... I'm not knocking your skills ... Just opinion
