Privategold.com will be under the management of ICE,Inc. beginning August 20th, 2002 and will be part of the upcoming IceColdCash.com sponsor program.
ICE wants to get the webmaster community involved in the relaunch of the site and will be holding a contest for the design of the NEW Privategold.com!
What's at stake?

$7,500 in CASH for the winning designer plus bragging rights and the opportunity to do additional work for us!
What if you don't win? You can still make money!
Sites in the IceColdCash.com program will have multiple front-ends for webmasters to choose from to advertise. We will be using several of the runner-up designs as alternate front-ends (the first-place design will become the main front-end) and each designer whose front-end is used will recieve $1000!

All designers who wish to participate will be given access to a protected area containing content from the Private library to use in the designs. Only this content may be used, but everything else is up to the designer. Winners shall be determined by ICE, Inc. and will be announced on August 15th. Deadline for all entries will be Midnight August 14th.
