Happy New Year from the Team at ePassporte! We launched 4 years ago today!

We wanted to let you know we have given ePassporte’s website a new look, with enhanced functionality to give our valued customers a better online experience.

The new site allows for the creation of new accounts in a faster and easier manner, provides you with PDF Account Statements, on demand and many other user-friendly functions. Check it out!

ePassporte is also launching a new Cash Load option, which allows Account Holders to make a deposit at major US Banks (US only for now) to load and reload their account. This is particularly important for those wanting to send money to friends and family and avoid costly fees from Western Union.

And coming soon, ePassporte Rewards, which will allow you to earn points, based upon the money you load and reload, then redeem those points for goods and services, online, at major E-tailers.

It will renew automatically.
You will receive a new expiration date and new CVV2 number to your message center when it renews.

one of my friends has a gift account (not set up by me, but by another webmaster) and his ATM card expires in 2 months

will he also get mailed a new one for free automatically?

rewards program sounds cool but other than the new design that will be the only thing that helps me...when do you expect that to be up? Also, I just requested a December .pdf and they say it would be in my message center within 24 hours. Shouldnt I be able to get my transaction details right away.

Replacement cards are never free... we kept getting nailed $35 each, even on ones that weren't lost/stolen replacements.. just new cards for the year :(

new design no new features and no one to answer my questions

The statement will be sent to your account withing 24 hours usually quicker.

We are still looking into a withdrawal option to banks in Canada.

I cant really see it because I cant log in. I keep getting sent to the terms page then back to the log in page in a loop.

I take it this is a temporary issue?
