How many days in Vegas are too many?
 

Just got back from the XBiz Vegas show. The maximum amount of time anyone should attempt to withstand in Sin City - (spiritually, mentally, or financially) ? is 3 days, after which ? you are only causing unneeded damage to your liver, brain, and wallet.

So what really goes on at these conventions? It?s a good forum to make new contacts and hammer out business deals. While in Lost Wages, I formed a new company: Bitch Management Solutions, where our motto is:

During a series of high level business meetings, it was decided I would be CEO Chief Slap-a-Hoe, while my partners would head up the dirty arm of Bitch Management Solutions: The Ugly Webcam Girl Consulting Firm.

For me I'd like to stay 15 days and enjoy the casino.

I'm usually only in Vegas for conventions... not a big fan of gambling... and I miss the beach to much.

Def. enjoy it while I'm there though, always good memories...ish...

i was once in vegas for 11 days, that was tough.. i think this next jan. will be about the same

Flying to Vegas from the east coast is a waste if you're only going to stay for a couple days... I stayed 5 this time, and loved every minute of it!

After day three it's time to hit the road!

I went a few years ago for vacation and had a week trip planned. We ended up coming back early on the 5th day. It just got boring, plus I don't really gamble.

After those 4 hardcore nights I was done.

I need more information before rendering an opinion;

* How much are you up or down?

* Are you obviously being followed by hotel security?

* Do the hotel maids neatly coil the tie-downs when changing your sheets?

* Are you on a first name basis with escort services?

* When was the last time you remember eating?

Since anytime I go to Vegas it takes me over 14 hours to get there its not really somewhere I wanna go for 3 days. I think 7 days is the maximum amount of time anyone should be in Vegas for.

Anymore and you'll be:

1. Bankrupt
2. An alcoholic
3. A gambler
4. All of the above

2 nights is all I can really handle. ... 3 nights if I can get 8 hours of sleep in there somewhere.

3 days is definitely the ideal if you do Vegas right!!

Vegas is the only place I have been to where 4AM looks the same as 8PM.

That is because you are young and not so jaded yet. Give it a few years. It was nice meeting you there though. :)

For an industry show, yeah 4-5 days is PLENTY.

Other than that, it totally depends on what you do while you're there. There's enough to see and do that you don't have to drink and gamble the entire time.

The wife and I are booked in for 10 days around Internext in January with a couple of other couples and we're gonna hang around for a week or so afterwards. No doubt we'll be tired when we get home, but we won't be broke and our livers will be intact...for the most part.

I was there for TEN last jan. Ten straight days of waking up at 2-4pm showering, walking to the sweet we had setup and begin drinking. Hanging out and drinking, grabbing a bite to eat, and a little gambling till the party/event started for that night. Going to that event getting beyond wasted and having a blast, then coming back and drinking/gambling more untill about 12-2pm.

Averaged four hours of sleep, and it was constant drinking. All I can say after that is ten days in Vegas is way too much. Though, I'm sure I'll do it again this coming jan ;)

Since I don't gamble, fuck whores or take drugs, I can prolly stay there as long as I want ;)

i think when i start to pick other peoples nose its time to go home. with that being said no more than 3 days.

the longer you stay the more you lose :(
