I have to admit to being fairly impressed that in a game against a French and Italian side they both spoke enough languages for there to be a common language between them for the insults to be understood.

It would come to penalties anyway and Italy would win those even if there were 11 Zidanes in the French team...that was clear after seeing the game. If you understand something about football, you will always know what team will win on penalties.

But if you feel better with blaming it on Zidane, do it. Or you can be a man and blame yourself for the bet.

Which team had ALL the momentum going into penlty kicks BEFORE Zidane got a red card..........................FRANCE! Ver good, now, which team gained ALL the confidence AFTER ZIDANE got a red card?....................ITALY! Now if you watched the game, which I have about 3 times, your answers and mine would match. Since they match we get to a conclusion that Zidane receiveing a red card was the MAIN reason France lost, NOT THE ONLY!

And the only reason the bet was placed on France instead of Italy is because in Vegas, where I watched the game, a bet on France was +150 and a bet on Italy was -170.
