i never saw a movie that was that sicks. i had to see it till the end but the guy that wrote this has just a sick mind. and then that tarantino is involved with the project was really a shock.

really not a good to watch when you on holiday.

the movie had a good concept but the fact they were going to look for pussy was stupid, and to be honest I would prefer to see the illusion of carnage, the mind plays far worse tricks on you than actually seeing it.....

Saw it and it didn't do much for me, Human Trafficking was way more disturbing to me! :2 cents:

I thought it was great, something different. Having done the backpacking thing thru' Europe it brought back some good memories of different hostels I stayed in.

It should be required viewing for every parent before they let their kids travel around Europe, as a worst case scenario. :1orglaugh

Really gruesome. But entertaining. Maybe I'm the sick one, lol.

I haven't seen Hostel, but I have seen Audition. It's a bit of a sleeper - very slow to start, and feels much like the other Japanese films of that time (Ringu, Ju-On, etc) in regards to film quality, audio, etc. It's all about atmosphere.

And of course I had to master her giggle at the end.

(P.S. Yes, the end is bloody and gruesome, but not much more so than Misery. The intensity is in the atmosphere.)

Saw it last night, I loved it. I notices a few discrepencies as well but all in all it's right up there in the sick twisted fav's category.

be ready for silent hill, i know that in japan they were not able to make a movie of the script as it was so violent. so they made game. now everything can be showed so they made. can't wait to see it. the trailer looked great.
