Looks clean and organized. Just my first impression.

There are some very good people involved in it and should be a great solution. They have some unbelievable features on the inside for the protection and profitability of paysite owners. Add that with the built in cascading touted on the about page between their third party billing and a merchant account you have a real winner.

I agree 100% with uno. All of the people involved know what they are doing, and have a long history in this biz.

Well... just an observation...... why don't they list their street address on the site?

Yes, when companies don?t list their address there must be a reason. Or most of the time.

Spoke with them and they seem nice enough.. but is anyone actually using them yet?

Not me. I e-mailed them as well, no reply as of now.

They look very good. I may be launching some new sites in the next couple of months and they look like a possibility

You guys fucking amaze me. Because a web site looks good or they sound good on the phone, you will trust them with your processing? Ask them what banks they are using and how many for their merchant acohahahahas, whether they have domestic and offshore merchant accounts, whether they have their own call center or outsource and who the principles of the company are and where they are located. If they will not give you all of the above information, run in the other direction.

Well let's see, all it took was a phone call to find out all of that information. I know who they are/backed by, so yeah I trust them.

They are not some fly by night half ass biller, but I'll let you find that out for yourself.

Yeah ok - I actually won't find out for myself because I have my own merchant account (whcih I run through Netbilling) so I do not need to rely on someone else to handle my money or my business.

I'll let you in on a little secret :winkwink: . I am one of the people who helped get this project rolling because I believe there needs to be fresh competition to keep the industry solid. Not to mention, it?s not every day you get to tell a processing company exactly how the tools you need and want should work and they actually listen and do it! The guys who are involved in the day to day are a very solid crew that I PERSONALLY trust with my money.

The site's new (hence forgetting the mailing addresses) and it's in a "soft launch" phase taking everything slow to make sure there are no major problems. No one wants to be "Huge Giant Mega Processor Inc." The idea is to take on quality clients one at a time and meet 100% of their needs while providing real competitive rates.

No one?s here to try and push anything on you. If you use 3rd party processing like me, you know the 10-20% benefit ?cascade/back up processing? can provide and we know that once you see the system you?ll want to use it more and you?ll end up making it your primary.

Validus we?re not sure who you sent the email to, but he can contact any one of the guys today and they?ll make sure all your questions are answered.

Fair question! I am waiting on NATS integration :) We had to wait for NATS V3 to be rolled out before we could get it in there.

Frankly Mayor, I think your crew is top-notch, and a great bunch of people. You've certainly proven that you can make money over the long haul in this business.

But don't you think that owning sites and a large interest in a billing company is a conflict of interest? You don't see CCBill or Paycom with programs, sites, or anything that's at all competitive with their customers.

If it was run in the same office by the MM staff, and I was a shady fuck sure you might have a point. But it's not the case so you don't.

Not to mention, you're wrong about the other billers everyone knows employees people at the other billing companies have been underhandedly involved in all kinds of shit from selling stolen lists to financing new porn sites.
If I had a penny for every time some asshole stole my email list at a "reputable" billing company and sold it I would be a rich man. You wanna talk real conflict, lets talk about that.
