Statement from the Max Hardcore staff...

Hi everyone,
Boy have have we had some excitement around here. In short the FBI servered Max World Entertainment with a warrant to search the premises. And seize evidence concerning 5 titles that Max World Entertainment produces. This was only a search, no one here got arrested, abused or detained, thankfully. The only abuse was to our carpet when a FBI agent accidently discharged his shootgun into our floor. WTF, dont they take classes before they are given a weapon.
There has been no declaration that any material that we own or content we provide to our customers is illegal or that we have broken any laws. I guess the DOJ feels that it is better to interupt our business in order to satisfy theirs.
To our CCBill affiliates we apologise for the site being down but it was truly out of our control since they confiscated our back ups as well.
We appriciate the patience and understanding of our processor CCBill and Hosting Company (Power Medium) for their help in getting us up and running again.
I spoke to Max today and he wanted to make it clear that "Max World Entertainment is going to fight this tooth and nail and will not back down without a fight." Max's greeting from Barcelona to the FBI is "Fuck You". It should have been "Go Fuck Yourself" but thats the quote he gave me.
Max will be coming out with another statement when he returns.
Max also wants to thank all the webmaster and industy professionals for all the support on the message boards and he understands that many may not like his content but our First Amendment rights are at stake. And he is proud that so many webmasters support him in that respect.
Thank you
EZRhino

Holy shit, that kind of "reckless endangerment" needs to be clearly and consistently pointed out in the courts. :Oh crap

Reckless is defined as "marked by defiant disregard for danger or consequences"

Endangerment is defined as "hazard: a source of danger; a possibility of incurring loss or misfortune"

While the shotgun being discharged accidently was a source of danger and had the possibility of inccuring loss or misfortune, I hardly think that the person who did said act did it with a defiant disregard for the consequences. It's not like the person who did said act looked that carpet and said "DIE MOTHERFUCKER DIE" and pulled the trigger. :)

BTW I love Max's content. Long live Max Hardcore. :)

Yet another premature discharge by a law enforcement official bent on saving the world from titties and snatch.

Although the shot was only heard by our staff and not seen. We know that the lead investigating agent came out of house white as a ghost. I think that the agent was expecting locked doors and had his shotgun ready to blow out some locks. Dumb ass forgot to unload when he found out that all the doors where opened for him.

I have never really seen his stuff, but I support him. And I would be asking the FBI to replace the carpet, and pay for damages to the office.

toddler 10-06-2005 06:02 PM

Not a huge fan myself, but fuck that sucks. Good luck folks.

directfiesta 10-06-2005 06:05 PM

I personally don't like his stuff but I also don't like skinny teen blondes either ....

Neither should be subject to harrasment by law officials ... The only illegal things should be kids and mentally handicapped people ...
The rest is all consenting ( and qualified to consent) adults.
You don't like it, don't watch it...

All my support to Max Hardore and his team !

Damian_Maxcash 10-06-2005 06:09 PM

Sucks - I wonder who is next on the list?

As far a the gun thing is concerned it will be interesting to see how that goes - its amazing how little twists like that can make all the difference in the end.

Iam not a big fan of the "fuck you" statement.. This is one of the first indictements, I think it's probably better not to agitate them for your sake or for the other affiliate programs sakes.

You've got to be fucking kidding me.

They'll give anyone a fucking gun.

Reminds of the cop teaching the class about gun safety, and he ends up shooting himself in the foot.

What in the fuck did he have his safety off for?? Was he planning on shooting someone??

slapass 10-06-2005 06:38 PM

I would be more then willing to donate money to a defense fund. This war on porn would get less far if we strike hard on the first attack.

Maybe ya guys can file a lawsuit against the Country for them discharging on your floor.

I assume you have a professional establishment with no firearms on the premises, which does not warrant comming in with weapons drawn by the authorities.

Doctor Dre 10-06-2005 07:44 PM

WOah ... sue them for the shutgun thing ...

That's just fucked up what they are trying to pull ... we all know that they won't succeed anyways.

God I hope not, Max and his staff have no history of resisting the police when they have come here in the past.

As before when the government came knocking at our door and one time knocking down our door. :1orglaugh We will be setting up a defense fund through paypal and as always, will be welcoming donations.
Right now we are just trying to get back into business we should be receiving new equipment today.

In past it has never seem to matter because the last 2 times law enforcement has enter with guns drawn.

Rinaldo 10-07-2005 10:10 AM

They aren't allowed to discharge a firearm period, you can prob get out of some shit for that right there

georgeyw 10-07-2005 10:16 AM

ahahah - are you serious? one of the FBI guys shotguns discharged in your office?

WTF were they doing with fire power like that there? It's not like you deal in arms (do you? :P)

I hope they pay for damages

Don't forget to include the psychological stress and hardship the discharging of the weapon has caused the employees. I bet a few will have a tough time going back into the office in fear of the FBI hurting them. :winkwink:

Sorry but if you give a gun to a highly trained law enforcement officer and he fires it unintentionally, then that is reckless. Reckless because he either ignored established procedure or he forgot/was unaware of it.

If he ignored it then I would say that definitely showed "defiant disregard for danger or consequences" on the officer's part

If he forgot/was unaware of it then I would say that definitely showed "defiant disregard for danger or consequences" on the part of whoever issued him with the gun.

However you look at it "reckless endangerment" seems a reasonable description to me. :2 cents:
