What Do you do when you can't sleep?
 

For some reason, I am awake. I need to sleep because I have so much to do tomorrow; well, today, actually.

I need solutions.

I watch futurama and play spider solitaire on my laptop - it'll make you sleep eventually!

I start reading and take breaks every 30 minutes to rest my eyes and usually fall asleep after 1 or 2 breaks

When I can't sleep, I usually drink hot tea and read, too. Especially a boring book.

I'm having a crisis, I NEED solutions evening myself...went to the store got a few munchen weissen to partake of while I brainstorm & wind down making my 'shit hit the fan and I gotta climb out like this' list...

if the brews and putting my thoughts down on paper don't work there is always a good round of pud flogging as a last ditch attempt to get sleepy...

Read a book, or turn on one of the millions of infomercials available to all those with cable of any sort.

i stay up until i'm tired, i get a lot of work done late at night when i dont have people calling me. it really messes up my sleep schedule but i'm used to it.
