The guy who runs www.Zipperfish.com signed up for our affiliate program a few days ago, and I checked out his website down and found this:

Rachel19.com is our model and he's selling sets of her on his website (along with other girls) for $7.95/month. He never asked our permission to do so and obviously we would never let anyone do that.

If you notice the tour, it says 'CLICK HERE TO JOIN TODAY' and that link goes to HIS signup page http://www.zipperfish.com/join/join.html not CCBill's affiliate tracking link which is $7.95/month recurring.

Btw, the watermarks from my images are conveniently gone as well.

If you run a solo girl softcore or NN site there's a good chance he is stealing your content, this needs to be stopped.

everyone spread the word, there is a shitload of models on that site.

There is a pic of him on that site in the little blog section at the bottom. "The Walrus" . . . I am sure if that's him, someone here knows him or saw him at internext.

He looks damn familiar to me. Maybe he just has one of those faces but it seems like I have seen pics of him before.

Do you know what the members area is? It's our content! He is SELLING it on HIS site. I don't know if there are members area upsell links but that doesn't really matter, does it?

His join page posts data to a local form on his site. I haven't signed up but it looks like he has a merchant account, but I could be wrong.

I really don't know. He never contacted me before so I don't know what he's doing inside the site.

I emailed and called him and he called me back. He claims a *friend* of his asked me if he could use the pics on his site (I only talked to him once, he didn't ask anything related content, and I wouldn't have given him permission anyway). What a bullshit excuse.

He told me he's going to take down the images today but we will see. You cannot trust a scammer and he'll probably keep the images in his members area. When I mentioned he pulled the same scam with www.Karisweets.com (FelixFlow's site) he sarcastically thanked me for telling my friends about his scamming efforts.

I'm going to be contacting the other webmasters as well and maybe file a class action suit. This guy has made a ton of money stealing content and he needs to be stopped.

Call him up and raise hell. He would not shut him down and says zipperfish is an affiliate. haha Im sure he is, but he is using our galleriers to line his members area.. then upselling to each of the sites using his affiliate id to each of the progams.

Yes, there is. He's making money off of webmasters by signing up for their affiliate program, stealing the images, removing the watermarks and selling them as "Z-Chicks" on his own site for $7.95/month (without permission from the owners of the content of course).

Then he has the audacity to add his refer ID to the links and tries to make money by doing upsells inside the members area -- which is all stolen content. Yeah, that's a great explanation.

Listen, I didn't give ANY explanation. In fact, I helped you out. He has always been a stand up guy. This sounds extremely out of the ordinary. I am not saying I'm wrong or I'm right. Past experiences with the guy state that he is okay... I could be wrong :2 cents:

He is infringing on MY copyrights and all the copyrights of the owners of the photographs. Additionally as pointed out early in the thread, he is also supplying false 2257 information. What he is doing is illegal, immoral and completely fucked up. If you cannot see this, then go back to surfing for porn.

Very true and if this guy is from Liquied Generation he is not an idiot and would have a clue on copyright infringment. I dont see how in gods name this could be just a misunderstanding given the source. The design, produce and market there flash work on there websites also... thats what they do. Im sure they have a clue about using someone elses product and profiting from it.

Ive talk to the owner there many times with some of my other projects.. they do have a clue.

This was outright theft! This guy is educated and been around the web for some time... he knew exact what he was doing. One of two images... yeah.. sure that might happen, but to build an entire marketing plan and site around stolen content... never.
