I used to own a house in Kentucky but I sold it to move back up north to help my mother out after she had an operation. I'm moving back their next month though to a new house and hope to buy a few investment proerties.

I own three ghetto rental properties, but live rent free in one of my parents houses.

We own three houses. Two are rented out.

I do look forward to being a home owner in about a year or two. I am not ready for that move yet. For now, apartments will hold me down.

i'm just renting right now. i'm looking into getting my own house after this lease is up in about 6 months though. then hopefully from there, fix it up, rent it out, and get a nicer house for myself to live in. repeat cycle. :upsidedow

Investment wise its great, but I seriously need to buy a house. I can't decide which city I want to live in yet though which is my major drawback. That and the US -> CDN dollar is too painful to do for a downpayment on a house.

It's really lonely in Waterloo. All my friends moved out once we all graduated so I'm kinda stuck on my own here which is why I didn't want to buy a house quite yet. Once I buy one, I want to settle down in that city for a while and I'm not sure Waterloo is going to be that place just yet.

My cousin's wife works for the bank. They're in the shittiest of neighborhoods. I don't even go near them.

The same cousin manages the properties and tenants are placed by social services and the checks from from the state or county.

I am looking for an investment property atm (my first), probably a townhouse or villa! :D

15 single family home rentals and 3 apartment buildings. Oh and 2 small strip malls.

i have my own house and i had a investment property but i just sold it. i'm in the process of looking for another investment house but this time i'm going to rent it out.

Currently 2 (1 main / 1 rental) and I did it myself. No handouts or bs like that. I busted my ass for them
