i can't get 1 normal sentense with any online translator: google, balelfish etc.

how do you say: "Site is temporarily down, please try again in 24 hours" in german, spanish, french, russian...whatever language you know

Zester but I recommend babelfish, they actually make sence in the translations. And nobody will hurt you if something won't sound 100% correct.
