me its once in morning and once before i sleep

at least twice. first thing in the morning & right before i go to bed.

sometimes i'll floss and brush my teeth if i have something like chicken wings with spices that get wedged in the teeth lol

I probably average around 6-8 times and try to floss every other day.

Brush and listerine at least 3 times a day, more if my mouth just feels dirty. I also carry those new brush ups thingys on me just in case my teeth feel gritty. Im kinda weird about it tho, My mouth always has to at least feel clean:winkwink:

and then mouth wash after lunch... so technically.. 2.5-3 times/day

and it depends if I need to go out, or if I'm meeting people..

and when I ordered kebab late at night before I go to bed, I brush my teeth as well.. sleeping with a garlic taste in your mouth isn't fun.
