Looking at that graph it looks like those new galleries had an immediate effect!

Why would you bring that to this thread? Nobody is talking about Web Inc. But since you brought them up, they did the tour for a site that converts exceptionally well for me.

i will say this though- if the designers that sextoyking farms all his work out to were to suddenly get hired by Blue Designs, then the quality would be sure to improve. Even talented designers need direction :2 cents:

You must have had a lot of input then because todd is stuck in 1996.

galleries have been live for 2 days almost- the site has been booming in around 12000 prior. look for jumps as we launch the MGP's for weekend warriors to jump on first :Graucho

most importantly sales are continually rising and all the Paris Hilton weekly publicity rocks for our webmaster partners.

Nearly every designer who has ever worked for us started with very little or no photoshop knowledge at all, with our direction and the help of our experienced designers we have trained them up to our current high standard.

No matter how good a designer is they do need direction, even my best guys need that second opinion sometimes.
