I did that a few years ago. The most important thing is finding a girl who is stable. Of course that filters out 90% of females and about 99% of models.

You could spend hours and hours building the site and promoting it and then she could hook up with a loser boyfriend and decide she no longer wants to cooperate with you on the site.

The problem I had with the girl I was working with is that we got drunk one night and I fucked her. The next day she flew home to her BF. LOL! I admit it was my falut completely :)

On a serious note , if the solo girl site is handeled properly it can be quite profitable. Bottom line is that you need to know your surfer. I feel that solo girl sites tend to retain better. Thats my experience anyway.:thumbsup

Couple easy tips to live by:

Never do profit sharing or a percentage pay with a model.

Shoot as much up front as possible and when you shoot a girl shoot her like its the last time you will ever see her.

Never overpay a model.

Dont open a site unless you hae a year of content under your belt.

I have seen both sides of running single girl sites. I run two, both for well known dancers/pornstars. One of the girls is an absolute delight to work with. She never complains, always gets me updates, interacts with her members, and basically lets me run the site.

The other girl is the daughter of Satan. She bitches constantly, never gets me new updates (her site hasn't been updated in over a year), never interacts with her members, and threatens to sue me if the check is five minutes late. That's why I have been bitching at Ibill all day. If I'm gonna get it from her, they are gonna get it from me.

The complete irony in all this is that both sites get lots of new members and retain them incredibly well. Fans of a particular model will be loyal as hell.

Another drawback to running single girl sites is that guys will send you puctures of their penises, thinking that they are sending them to the girl.

I violate most of these rules. I have a percentage deal with both girls. They shoot their own content and send it to me. I have never had a written contract with either girl. I know I'm living dangerously.

That is one rule I have always followed. Nothing will fuck up a business relationship like sex. :)

Dude no disrespect meant but a business deal on a handshake can cost you a lot in the long run. It is not smart working without a firm written outline. tell them you need a contract to work out some processor issues or something.
