i got it done on a boardwalk in jersey (seaside)
shitty place to expect a good job, but i was very thrilled with the work.
took 2hrs and he did it 100% free hand, no stencil or templates.
i did a quick sketch of what i wanted and he created it on my arm! lol
anyhow everyone is telling me how well the lettering came out, i heard its hard to get good lettering? i dunno
