who thinks this is wrong?

candyflip 07-15-2004 02:13 PM

If she consented to it, I see no problem...some people get off on that fantasy. Who are we to judge?

some people also get off to murdering people..... when do stop the line where it has to stop..

Lycanthrope 07-15-2004 02:17 PM

I personally think it is wrong, but it IS fantasy.

I personally wouldn't / don't promote sites such as these, but that is my option. It is their option to make such sites available if they aren't breaking laws.

Some people find porn in general "wrong" but we still do it... that is what is great about freedom of choice.

Sites like this DO sell... there are alot of whackos (subjective term) out there... and consider this possibility, it might even be saving women because they have a site like this to turn to, they don't have to go out and dish out their own violence. :2 cents:

How does the WWF (or whatever acronym they use now) "get away with it"? Or the Lifetime Channel actors in a movie-of-the-week about domestic violence? Fiction is Fiction.

Dude...murdering people and stepping on their head with a dirty shoe are too differnt things. If you're too dumb to grasp that, then I feel sorry for you.

Jakke PNG 07-15-2004 02:18 PM

Didn't sweet entertainment just win a lawsuit regarding similar shit? Possibly not as brutal though, haven't seen their stuff :)

pornJester 07-15-2004 02:19 PM

Pay people enough and their down for anything :2 cents:

i know theres a huge difference man i was trying to make my point... and i did it vaguely and ignorant and i admit to that

but you do see what im trying to say

pine 07-15-2004 02:31 PM

Despite your conscientious objection, extreme misogyny sells. While it may not be palatable to me (or you), there are surfers who enjoy seeing women degraded, manipulated, coerced and mistreated. Such is life.

BradM 07-15-2004 02:33 PM

I don't agree with it, NOR like it. But whatever I guess. Nothing we can do about it.

MetaMan 07-15-2004 02:33 PM

i think its wrong, although i am not against it selling because i am no better, i still dislike many of the porn sites out there.

infectd 07-15-2004 02:34 PM

Havent you ever banged a girl and grabbed her hair or her neck .
k-swiss shoes are pretty gay though.

fr33s3x 07-15-2004 02:36 PM

wrong

Tofu 07-15-2004 02:37 PM

c'mon. i know not everyone here is so goodie-goodie when it comes to fantasies! some of your private cravings would probably scare the shit out of mi!

:2 cents:

RocHardsBitch 07-15-2004 02:40 PM

i guess im wierd, i like a guy to yank my hair be rough, choke me a tad, depending on the mood. If she wants it why not give it to her unless its abusive. Why not give it to her that way, dont you want her to get off the best she can? lol

Of course.
Fantasy = in your head.
not fantasy when it's out on a website for all to see.
I personally have no objections any of the fantasy shit, as long as it's acted. I wouldn't promote stuff I felt wasn't kosher, but I wouldn't flame or blame them for personal disorders of sick people them either. :)

I don't think so, there are good reasons why some fictional stuff, like child porn or rape cartoons (yes, that's the same league imho) aren't legal. If people have sick fantasies, it's bad enough, but there is no need to pour gas in this fire :2 cents:

There should be no legal distinction between a rape scene in a 'R' rated movie and a rape scene in an 'X' rated movie.

When the debate is whether or not to show the penis... um... who cares? Why should one be legal and another illegal? If it's a RAPE scene, it's pretty safe to assume there is a penis present. :glugglug It doesn't make it any worse to see it on screen.

Of course it's repugnant that some guys get off on rape scenes. But, in the absence of porn, they will just wank it to the rape scene in 'Showgirls' or something else. I'd rather have those guys just jerk off and go to sleep instead of going out to find women.

Humans have a lot of primitive aggressive urges. We are animals and our neurology is still guided by instincts; whether violent or sexual or both, those urges need a safe outlet. For some that is watching a football game or boxing match. For me, maybe it's horror movies, or punk music. Those sort of harmless releases are good for society.

MiSsBeHeaDReSs 07-15-2004 03:01 PM

a)Its not violence or abuse if the woman consents.
b) putting your hands on her head when she's giving you a blow job, pulling her hair etc is REALLY not abusive. It's role playing.
The key is balance, looking to make her happy and listening to her when something makes her uncomfortable.

Who are you to judge?? Some women, me included, enjoy being a little mistreated as long as its just a part of the sex, not a part of the relationship. Why do you want to take away all our fun?

Yes. As long as it's not real.

True, but on the other hand, the more often they get the opportunity to get off on those fantasies (by showing them the content they want to see), the more they'll want to make fantasy become reality.

fr33s3x 07-15-2004 03:06 PM

Child porn should be illegal because there is a victim.
Rape cartoons should not be illegal because there is no victim.
If there is no victim, there is no crime. :2 cents:

btw- being offended does not make you a victim.

It may not be abuse, but violence is still violence, even if the woman consents..."only" role playing it doesn't make it any better, I still find it pretty disturbing.

You are right, there is no victim in fiction.

I'm offended by it because I know a woman who was raped. I know how bad the psychological damage is, how she suffers from it even after years...and I can't fucking understand why people need to make money from sick and inhuman fantasies. Period !

That is the pro-censorship arguement, but in practice, that is not really how psychology works. The guys who like this stuff already have that in their head, and it was probably there since pre-teen years. These are deep issues; maybe even genetic. And so whether the fantasy is on DVD or in their imagination, makes no difference.

Have none of you heard of/seen the HUGE bdsm community?
Been around for a long, long time - I've got some vintage from the 1800's depicting light-moderate bdsm scenes (that stuff sells like mad)!

It's also like none of you guys have ever grabbed your lovers hair and pulled her down to your Mr. Happy "Suck that cock bitch, oh yeah...you dirty little slut" :1orglaugh Well if you haven't, I feel sorry for you.

With all the bashing of bdsm, chubby girls, real amateurs, mature women etc. around here makes me wonder what business we are all in!
