And this isn't a porn board, it's a webmaster board first and foremost. If her pic can be posted all over the net on media sites it can be posted here. Someone could maybe get peeved over hotlinking (if it's hotlinked), but other than that..... she's not nude, as far as I'm concerned these kinds of pics are fair game.

Also, if some shop-meister wants to doctor up her pic, he does so at HIS OWN risk, not GFY's. No board checks every post before it is submitted thus no message board has direct control over what is posted.

Truth of the matter is, no one can be arrested or charged for posting a picture that is "begging for" someone to photoshop it. That's like arresting someone for parking a car on a street because it would be like "begging for" someone to steal it.

If someone does photoshop it, they deal with the consequences if there are any, much like the person who steals a car. Not the person who parked it there.

If someone photoshops any famous person's pic and displays it publicly they run the risk of reprisals. That's no secret.

If someone's going to alter that image (and they haven't.... yet), they take the risk themselves, not beergood, and certainly not GFY.
