Exactly, that does not sound like an investment other than for your own pockets :winkwink:

You know...this might be a long shot, but hey...if you had a business plan and proposal typed up, and re-phrased your wishes, (damn investor might not be the best way to win someone's affections), you might have a better shot at finding a serious investor who would front the money at a low interst rate.

Or I could be senile. Whichever. :glugglug

Here's a groundbreaking idea...

Go to the local credit union and take out a business loan at a low APR! :thumbsup

Chaldoray 06-29-2004 03:19 PM

So whoever thinks i'm bs because i barley post on this board you're wrong.
ICQ me and i'll tell you all the information i had an investor but he wanted 40% of my company and that's too much.
So i am basically looking for a loan or a small investor thanks.

Chaldoray 06-29-2004 03:21 PM

in 6-8months you'll get your money back and i'll send you $4k on top of that and maybe a small % of my company just for helping me out.

RightHandMan 06-29-2004 03:22 PM

To his credit...

The idea is solid and proven...hes got Coding skill as well:thumbsup

HughJardon 06-29-2004 03:25 PM

wow! thats a nice deal. i wish i had $6000 i would definitely give it to you

Khun 06-29-2004 03:25 PM

I think you would get a much better response if you include certain details like return on investment, your capital, the planned method or repayment, etc. If I went to a board, even if I was well known, and asked for that type of cash, I would expect to get laughed at.

ICQ me and i'll show you everything.

emmanuelle 06-29-2004 04:23 PM

The info that you posted yesterday was too vague to be taken seriously. $6000 is pretty easy to earn, wouldnt it be better to keep 100% of your company, and know that you worked damn hard to earn it? Also, you will be much more cautious when it's your own money on the line....

Quotealex 06-29-2004 04:43 PM

Any commercial bank will give at least a $10,000 credit margin to basically any of their clients. Have you first contacted your bank? I

Good god that kid is a super flake. I wouldn't lend his ass 6 dollars, nor 6k. Completely useless.

Ross 06-29-2004 05:21 PM

Personally, I would invest 600k before I would 6k. Being apart of two startups I have come to learn that to make it anywhere you have to have capital and lots of it!

chodadog 06-29-2004 07:02 PM

I think you need to learn the difference between an investment and a loan.
