Dark Jedi has my same sig. WHY??? HOW???

That was my personel design, well AMp's layout, but my background and colors. (And I asked AMp) Anyway I am glad he is promoting us but that is my sig. :(

Do I have a right here to want him to change it, or should it not matter? Would you be bothered by it?

I know how to copy someones sig dingy but, if you look at his sig the colors are not the same. His $25 sign that flips is purple, like the first sig I designed and I didn't go with it, nor ever post with it, because the purple would not shade right and I didn't like the lines. So his is not exactly like mine, but it's exactly like the first one I made off of AMps which is close enough.
