I watched a well respected company disrespect a little guy in a public forum.

The little guy in question was more than resonable yet the big bad wolves felt they needed to show their teeth rather than swallow some pride.

I may fuck off a lot on these boards but when I am wrong, at least I have the balls to admit it and make corrections if and when they are needed.

IF I get asked to get punched in the face and someone does I should not act surprised....at all.

A thread was started creating the episode all of which could have been done just as easily in private.

A contract is a contract....sometimes if you have a good relationship a contract can be negotiated away...now I have no idea about who said what to whom when or where...

I do know that a contract is a contract and if you call out someone publicly be prepared to take on the baggage that comes along with it.

I saw a young guy today step into the ring and got his ears boxed back a little....if the matter was that sensitive the resolve should have been done privately...shit outside and the fly's will come.

One thing i must say is that this contract would have been easily shot to shit. Second this wasnt between me and a BIG COMPANY per se it was between me and a employee of that company. This employee did not realize how to treat people or potential customers Jim i invite you to talk to your biggest customer as this employee did to me and the way I was treated and I will bet my life that customer of your would be out the door in 2 secs.

Last but not least there is much more to this story than what was mentioned and I am sure if you or anyone else knew the exact details your opinion would change.

Yes I agree isaid things out of anger I am not denying that, yes contract was faxed over, I am not denying that. This employee could have addressed this situation in adifferent manner rather than using the big bosses name to coerce me into rethinking into signing fearing the big boss would chase me down.

I read your comments and in regard to that situation....Ray had the chance to take care of it privately and chose not to. Also, don't most states and the FTC have a law about contract cancellations within a 72 hour time period?

OK...Here goes....

Darren contacted me and asked me to shoot a series of sexual positions for him. We agreed on a price and the SPECIFIC model that would be used. Darren then sends me a book with positions that can only be done with specific props. Something that he failed to mention when we made our deal.

The SPECIFIC model that Darren wanted decided to get out of the business and not directly inform me or bother to cancel the shoot. I tried for quite awhile to contact her and finally got Darren to agree on another model.

To make up for the changes and delays, I asked Darren what he would like in order for him to be happy. I offered a refund among other options. He asked for some additional photo sets and he got everything he asked for.

The purpose of ME asking HIM what he wanted was to ensure that my client was as happy as I could possible make him.

Darren has since come to my defence when another client attacked me.

At other times Darren has posted about the experience and even gone so far as to list me in his "Hall of Shame" even though I lost money on the deal in order to keep him happy.

Now you have the stupidity to post this bullshit here?

Every other content provider that I have discussed this with has told me that I was more than fair. Several of them even gave me very similar stories about how unreasonable you are.

Tell me again why in the hell I took a loss on that shoot and provide you with additional exclusive content PER YOUR REQUEST, if that was not enough to make you happy?

You have done a masterful job in promoting your personal which has inevitably resulted in a jump in business for you.

In terms of the contact signing....it is hard to make any sort of objective sideline call. I am sure you know that our clients sign agreements and sometimes they get buyers remorse...very rarely do contracts get ripped up...in fact never that I can think of.

I know that I have made some bad deals that I regretted and I have seen it happen many many times before.

I hope when I told you to "shut the fuck up" today you see that I was simply trying to get my message across that sometimes remaining silent can get far more accomplished.
