Ok! These 2 young ladies used to be friends and now are at odds with each other. I'm friends with both of them and I'm trying to stay out of it but it's hard. They used to model here in Dallas as a tag team! Whoa Nelly!! I say Penny is finer and my friend says Tammy is finer. Who do you think????
