There is this waitress at applebees where i eat at once a week, and she really likes me, i can tell, and my friend tells me that when she talks to me, you can tell she really likes you. i want to ask her out, but i dont know how to approach her. i mean what do you say to your waiter, with a bunch of other people around? how should i approach this?

2nd problom is, apparently she has a boyfriend, but my friend sais i should still ask her out? i dont care about rejection, IF its because she has a boyfriend, but i wanna give it my best shot, and dont know how i can go about it. Please, serious comments only. :)
