Ok, now im fucking pissed! I get this email from Apic yesterday claiming that I am using stolen content, etc. (which i am not!!!!)
I calmy reply to this Steve asshole, explaining to him that I do not use stolen content etc, and I can prove it.
I wake up this morning, Verotel has suspended my account. Now im really pissed off. I email Verotle for an explanation, they tell me my content is stolen. They list the websites in question, gallerys, pics. Turns out, it was not even my website, it was some fake celeb website. Real nice practise Verotel, you might want to lay off the crack your smoking.... So my account is suspended, yet, this is the real good part, you can still purchase a membership from my websites, I just wont get paid....
And to top it off., it was Verotels risk management that informed Apic that I was usiing stolen content! You would think Verotel would ask me first before accusing me and informing APIC. Faggot Steve from Apic says he has heard all the excuses, blah blah blah, I have to prove their my images! Yeahhh right, I dont have to answer to him. I welcome a lawsuite, they are going to sue me for using my own content????
So Verotel has yet to respond to my latest email, Apic can gofuckyourself, and If any Verotel reps read this, I would appreciate a reply. from whoever the fuck PJ Maka is.
This is absolute incomptence on Verotels part in my mind. I dont care about APIC, Ive read some posts on them, nice generic email they send. I especially love the part where it says "not a lawyer" just a dreamer I guess...

The pictures in question: no connection at all. APIC sent an email to my company's email, not the website in question.
APIC listed some members gallerys, that dont even reside on my server!
Verotel sent me an explanation of why my account was suspended, and they told me the website in question. Not even my website, I do not own a Fakecelebwebsite. They even emailed me a username and password to this website.
APIC is saying they dont beleive me, and threatens legal action.

Ive smoked about 2 packs of cigarettes, and am fuming mad.

Verotel never got anywhere with them. tried them, started okay for the first few days then suddenly poof!..Oh well. moved on.:2 cents:

If that is true they are indeed a bunch of screw-ups of huge proportions. Ofcourse, Verotel not contacting you before suspending your account is pretty fucked as well.

If you have nothing to do with that Fake Celeb Site than simply sue APIC. Sue them for maliciously hurting your business. Set the damage to 10k each day and also include Verotel in the suit.

What is the URL of your site and what is the fake site? If you post that info I can tell you why Apic send you an email or if they totally fucked up.

Verotel answered my emails, well somewhat.
In their response, they said that they have no idea how they got my website mixed up with the one they are making reference to. They listed a website, and claim thats the website with the stolen content. Funny thing though, this website has no content, only live feeds and cams... They cannot seem to admit that they have made a mistake here, and they are fuck ups. Either way I will no longer be using Verotel, and if im not paid what im owed I intend to take legal action. I dont care if it cost me more than what im owed, proving my point is more important., and Verotel will get the bill... Im done talking to them, my legal team will do the rest.

The problem will persist, until someday.. someone sues APIC.

You can make a difference by not supporting ANY content provider or business with an APIC logo on their site.

Anyway.. Mr. Apic said it didn't matter if the site was mine or not.. I needed to take my site down or I'd be in trouble..

I told him if my site was harmed because of it, there would be accountablilty..

He finally decides to actually check into it and found out it was something with the host and not me or my site..

His form of apology was calling me a 'tough guy' ..
