GFY is like panning for gold in a river of shit. Every once in a while, you find a nugget. But most of the time it's a river of shit.

I see a pile of nothing on the main page. I was just curious mainly. I have never seen anything posted like simple business model spreadsheets or HR discussions of how to hire. Its just interesting to me to see what it has become.

The race for duplicate posts you mean. Its always funny to see 5 threads on the same subject going.

Well, haven't you become a negative nancy after being fired at Twistys.

there's no business getting done on the main gfy forum but there's occasionally a good nugget in the other forums (trading & buy/sell). for valuable industry business threads and connections, you have to look at other boards. i come to gfy maybe 2x a month unless i'm following a thread. its just not worth the time. i'd rather be making money..

Ah I remember back in early 2000's that there were people exchanging real business info. You could have used that to generate business models and sheets and helped your own profitability or organization. Even Shap's old business threads give you enough to get a baseline idea for that niche business and how you could model it after that.

MUHAHAHAHAH fired MUHAHAHAHHA that is awesome yep i was fired that's it, I totally ran that business into the ground thank god Manwin came and bailed us out. Luckily I work at McDonalds now to cover my rent.

Its why I always did the ask me anything threads. What would you like to see? Starting a business model discussion? or how to seperate and account for free vs pay without hurting your growth?
