Do you film models who get drunk/high on set?
 

Is it legal to film models who *voluntarily* have a few drinks after they sign the docs and produce IDs?grls down here only seem to loosen up once theyve had a few cuba libres or 151 cranberries and have cleaned out your fridge. Sans alcohol this is the end result below:

I would think it's not legal because people who are drunk, are not consent.

I don't mind if they drink one glass to relax a little but if they are drunk they get annoying and behave like that so no point shooting that, also drunk models don't follow directions properly because they don't know what they're doing.

But for gonzo or amateur stuff it might be great.

Both parties to any legal contract have to be equally drunk/high so that no one is at a disadvantage. As long as you match snort for snort, drink for drink, injection for injection, pill for pill you are 100% legal. (Provided you factor in consumption vs weight rations of course)

I had a friend on the TV reality show "Excused", and at the beginning of each episode, they give all the "daters" wine and booze. This friend also was on a set yesterday, where they provided free booze. Both are reality shows.

I don't know the legality of it, but it was clearly designed to loosen up the actors and make them more "real".

I can't accurately diagnose her condition from a picture of that limited scope.

It is not legal and any of those girls can have their contracts invalidated putting you at a HUGE liability.

This is one of the most foolish things you can do. Why you would even consider it is beyond me.

If I suspect a model is on anything, I send her home. Life is full of enough complications, why invite more to come along?

While I'm no lawyer, I have read enough John Grisham books and seen enough Law & Order to feel safe in my professional opinion on avoiding things like this.

I would say weed and drank is ok. Now Meth and DMT and shit on set would piss me off and call some police.

Drink can be ok in moderation... Some models like a glass of wine or 2 to loosen up :thumbsup
