But most invoices aren't due upon receipt, notjoe. It depends on the company, and companies are free to set whatever payment terms they want (payment on reciept, net 10, net 30, 2%10N30, etc), but most places give you X amount of days to pay the invoice. |

I really couldnt care when you would have paid the invoice as long as you could have atleast confirmed receiving. As for when the payment is due, it is due upon receipt of the bill and the sooner the better although i have never harrassed anyone unless they owed a couple months worth of service. Why would i let someone go that far without paying? To be honest i am too nice. I tend to believe that people do fall upon hard times (atleast some of the smaller guys) and that sometimes they do need a break or two and i like to try and help out if i can, because someone has given me a break back then i would have been where i am today but only sooner. I've even given some of the smaller guys free service for the month because they didnt use much bandwidth because they're just starting. But yes you are right, i am the worlds biggest asshole and my video feeds are of the worst quality you've ever seen on the internet! |
