Clear communication requires clarity of thought. Due to the energy involved, most people default to just surface thoughts. To communicate well requires a solid understanding of what you are communicating as well as understanding where another people is coming from, their motivations, their current knowledge levels, etc.
If you can get past the Ayn Rand interludes, "Objective Communication" is a really good book.Comment
