I suffer from that entrepreneurial curse of putting far too much on my plate and trying to do everything myself, so I've reluctantly decided to scale back and sell some of my sites.
These are gay-oriented niche membership sites that focus on the more hardcore, slutty, bareback, and "fag" end of the spectrum. All current members and growth has come organically as I never used paid ads.
(If you're a straight solopreneur who doesn't know if you can effectively engage this demographic, I can change your mind. In fact, you're perfect for it. And with the purchase I'm happy to offer my advice and pointers to help you succeed in this niche, if you want it.)
The scoop: I basically built these with the goal of coming back and growing them later, but never did because I have other sites that take up all my time. Which is why I'm selling them now and cheap. I never pay for ads, and without any promotion beyond a few posts on BDSMLR they're pushing 3k members between them. I know from experience with related niches that any new owner who wants to invest a two or three hours a week with member engagement, or even throw out a few ads, can surely turn them into tidy rev streams with ease.
All three sites have already been payment processing compliance reviewed and approved by Segpay.
They also already have Segpay payment processing pre-integrated, through woo-commerce.

I created this for the rapidly growing and super promising sissy/sissyslut niche. It's predominately Gay, but also includes straight guys who crossdress, TVs, men who enjoy humiliating sissies, some female sissies, and even the occasional femdom. Dressing up, showing off, humiliation, submission, domination, and Alpha-male worship are the common themes with users.
No promotion to speak of for this site either. The demographic tends to lean towards older men, which usually means more disposable income. This niche is huge and growing, with nary any competition out there trying to capture it.
