One of the largest affiliate programs and a client of ours is launching a brand new Cam platform and looking for a full time Model manager. Your job will be critical to the success of this project as you will be the gateway between the models and the company. Here are the job responsibilities.
Major Tasks
Recruitment: This involves everything from advertising to working with agents, having a list of known models / agents is a big plus.
Management, Monitoring and Compliance: Once the model starts working online making sure she is motivated to make money and monitoring her to make sure she is not doing anything illegal.
Minor Tasks
Paperwork: Once the model agrees to work on the cam site, she needs to submit paperwork proving her age. This means getting a copy of her driving license / pass port copies, having a signed contract before she can go online etc
Support: Technical Setup and Support on everything from their initial setup to one going to tech issues models may have. We have dedicated tech support, but you will be the first level.
Accounting Support: Provide models with details on their payout, when next check arrives etc.

You need to have prior experience recruiting and managing models for a Cam site.
