Two updates per-day (hand written around 200-300 words) one morning post one evening post.
I will also do Niche specific hardlink search for your site, I will give you list you let me know
what ones you want Hardlink trade with ect ect?
I can do internal linking to other sites you have ect ect?.
I have my own list of linkdumps that I will add your blog to daily (if permitted)
Tidy up your blog (if that?s what you want) change/add advertisments banners ect ect?
