    Needed: Overflow Designer

With the tube sites, and celebrity site deals I have going on. I have a lot of interest from people who are looking to grab these promo offers. So much so, that it can easily back up my main guys (since they have their own clients in addition to mine).

I need an overflow designer who is solid, creative, and reliable.

    A couple of things first:
    * You are paid same as others per job. Regardless of your normal rates.
    * You are paid upon completion and submission of invoice.
    * It would be nice if you know CSS/HTML coding.
    * Must provide examples of your work. Which you will send to my email.
    * You must be actually have time to take on work. Not booked 4 weeks in advance.
    * Flash/Video experience is a plus.

In addition to my own projects, I also send a lot of referrals your way for people who I consult for. Or those who contact me looking for Honest Abe designers, as well as on the boards. So you can do and charge them whatever you like.

However, on my promos, deals are done according to certain price points. You fit them, or you do not. No hard feelings if you do not. That's just how it is, and I tell you upfront.

Serious inquires feel free to contact me.

lost us on first point i think. we do good work and think only fair to get good reward regardless of what others do and get. rates above average (which is low industry standard) but pretty competitive considering quality level. also worth of mentioning, our work sells it self - something to keep in mind when you network and present your ideas to others.
bump for you and good luck in your search!

edit: and on second point as well.

      No worries chief.

You run your business how you have to, I do it how I have to. However, I do my consults on a single price point offered. So I can't have one designer at $250.00 and another at $400.0 and so on. Unrealistic.

If someone wants this overflow work, and additional referral business, then they have to fit the offers. If they don't, they simply move on as it's not a job match. That said, not everyone works the same way. No fault in it. Just how things are.

      Thanks for the reply.

He's buying the world for a penny, that's not a crime. But the other day I saw a post regarding tube site design and i contacted them, guess what they told me. They told me that in order to take a job they want me to create a design of the tube site. Isn't it fascinating? I just refused but it doesnt smell any good.

I once pointed you are ready to run your own India based team. And you are still sitting at the same point.

I am not going to waste my time replying to your various rantings. It is a very simple concept.

If you want the work as laid out, you work under those terms. If you do not, this is not a job match and you go pawn off your services elsewhere. It does not require your, "I am a premium designer", rants each new post.

My jobs and terms work for some, and not for others. However, those I work with get a lot of both referrals and repeat business. Nor are they from India, Pakistan or that other shit. As I said before, I am not going to offer my pay site deals at AdultMix price at $X,XXX and if you use (fill in blank) designer it's $XXX to satisfy designers who think they are worth more.

Since you do not fit what I am looking for, stop replying to my posts for design work.

Im not saying I fit but you are miserably bringing values to the bottom. And this is disturbing.

                  .
Neither of those figures are "realistic" you broke cheap bastard...

You should contact Mike from Wyldesites with those prices..

He'd laugh and not even give you a reply......because he (and many others) actually have real clients paying them real money for what quality web design is really worth.

Idiots like you is what contributes to the destruction of this industry...
