So I got some good hits from my other thread advertising my writing. I'm not as busy as I'd like, though. I can do anything, really. I have some CSS knowledge as well as HTML knowledge, and can provide samples of my own sites if need be. I'm not really much of a designer though; I can maintain and update sites with worthwhile content. I can submit freesites/galleries, as well as design them if that's what you're looking for.
