Our systems are data-driven — we focus on performance, structure, and measurable results. We’re now looking for an Account Manager who can help us scale by owning the daily operations for 1–2 creator accounts. ⚙️ Role Overview As an Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between the creator, the chatters, and the agency leadership. You’ll ensure that content, chatting, campaigns, and offers all run smoothly with strong communication and precision. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Monitor and report daily performance (subs, renewals, PPV, tips, churn) using dashboards like Infloww. Conduct daily check-ins with chatters and ensure message quality, consistency, and goal alignment. Plan and schedule content drops, PPVs, and promotions according to the weekly calendar. Manage retargeting campaigns for expired fans and track conversion rates. Review and summarise KPIs in start-of-day and end-of-day reports. Collaborate with the creator to ensure consistent content delivery. Flag performance dips early and recommend corrective actions. Support team training help implement new scripts, offers, and systems. 🧩 Requirements Excellent English communication (written & spoken). Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Comfortable reading and interpreting performance metrics. Experience in OnlyFans account management preferred. Basic understanding of OnlyFans or subscription-based platforms.
