Project Overview
We are seeking a seasoned adult industry specialist to provide an intensive 4-6 week, hands-on training and mentorship program. The client's objective is to learn how to create, maintain, and monetize an adult tube site network. This program focuses on the end-to-end process of building, optimizing, and monetizing a network of five interconnected tube sites using Kernel Video Sharing (KVS).

The five tubes will all target the same niche segment of the market and will integrate with one another to optimize impression volume across the network.

The primary objective is accelerated knowledge transfer via a combined Lecture + Lab approach. The secondary objective is the successful launch of the five initial lab sites.

Required Training Model: Lecture + Lab
The consultant must not deliver a "done-for-you" build followed by a single training session. The engagement requires continuous, integrated instruction across all phases:

1. Lecture: For every task (e.g., KVS installation, Ad-Arb setup), the consultant will first provide a live, recorded walkthrough (the what, why, and how). Examples will be demonstrated on the how.

2. Lab:The consultant will then supervise and guide the client as the client immediately applies the learned steps to the five lab sites.

All live sessions must be recorded for client reference.

Core Scope and Technical Expertise Required
The engagement requires instructional video conferencing tutorials leading to building five interconnected sites in a single niche, covering the following technical and strategic areas:

A. Foundation & Setup

B. Platform & Compliance

• Configuring KVS grabbers for legal content sources, quality filters, and autopilot mode.

D. Monetization & Strategy
