We have a new concept cam site with a targeted launch date of Nov 1st.

Platform is 95% complete and nearly launch-ready
Company registered in Canada (Inc.) and the USA (LLC with office address)
Fully compliant and active Paxum account for performer payouts
U.S. business bank account in place
Visa/Mastercard compliance confirmed
Servers active with 24/7 admin monitoring (awaiting pre-launch upgrades)
Performer agreement, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, DMCA Policy, and 2257 Compliance Statement completed
Age verification system with geo-blocking ready (per state/country legal requirements)
Marketing materials prepared (PDF onboarding guides, promotional assets, etc.)
Support infrastructure in place (dedicated emails: support@, dmca@, records@)

What I don't have is a US based signer with SSN and a strong technical lead.

I’m looking for a full-stack engineer / technical partner to join as a co-founder.

Tech stack: Node.js backend, React frontend, Ant Media streaming server.

You’ll join as a co-founder with real long-term upside as the platform scales. In the early stage, you’ll lead the technical side directly — helping us launch and grow. Over time, as revenue builds, you’ll build and manage your own tech team, shaping the platform’s future alongside me. We want someone who believes in the project, is passionate about it, and is ready to take ownership as our lead tech partner.

Our concept has already been validated by major players in the industry — our banner ads consistently ranked in the top 3, and performers have responded positively to our approach.

Due to recent banking regulations, a U.S.-based partner with an SSN is now required to complete payment processor setup. This is non-negotiable.

I’m looking for someone to take a lead role in managing the technical side of the business. Bringing on a U.S. partner with technical expertise not only fulfills the compliance requirement but also ensures strong leadership on the development front — solving two critical needs at once
