talk about encouraging pedophiles ( did i spell that right ) . I suspect the parents are getting the money .

as a future parent-to-be (approx 1.5 months!) i don't understand how any parent could let their children be exploited like that.

I am a pretty liberal guy and think:

There aren't many things I wouldn't do for money, but I would never do that.

Oh, and with Genes like that - I don't think college is going to be much help - they need to use the money to buy new parents.
