Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adopt our brand tone.
- Prior experience in a similar role (The account is not new, currently in the top 2%).
- MUST have some knowledge in nerdy elements (Pokemon, LOTR, Metal music, guitar...)
- Open-minded with the ability to professionally interact with a diverse audience.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Being able to talk like an egirl (With emoticons for exemples)
Key Objectives:
- Maximize sales and subscriber satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with fans.
Responsibilities:
- Daily management of subscriber interactions, offering engaging and personalized responses.
- Generate compelling written content to increase subscriptions and maintain high engagement levels.
- Adhere to platform guidelines.
Detail:
- Hours: Have to be discussed, depending on your possibilities.
- Payment: Each week, beginning with $4/hr + 5% on all commissions and PPVs, can evolve into commission only if wanted by the chatter, 15% or more depending on your results (We are very open-minded).
