Even when presented with a meticulously customized paysite design, they hastily dismiss it as a mere template without conducting a thorough review.
Moreover, it is worth noting that they have not allocated a budget for the project, making any quotation provided appear unreasonably high. Essentially, they seem to expect a disproportionately low compensation, akin to working for nominal rewards, as one of our fellow community members previously pointed out.
Individuals of this nature contribute negatively to the quality of job postings on platforms like GFY. Nonetheless, it is worth acknowledging the silver lining in this situation: I have had the opportunity to create a new design for my adult portfolio.

It appears there might be some miscommunication between different individuals managing the 247mg profile on GFY forum and those handling your Skype contact. The scope of your project was not clearly defined, and I took it upon myself to create a custom design to gain an advantage over other applicants.
Figma is primarily used for design and it's not a platform where the final site (code) would of been. Instead, your dev uses Figma to generate the code for the website on the platform where you would like to have it. There was no explicit guidance on how the designs should be created, aside from a mention of HTML5.
If the communication on Skype matched the level of clarity as seen on GFY, this conversation might not have arisen.
Don't know what you wanted to say with that comment about Russia, but okay, it's like what kiddos do with Yo Momma jokes. Also did not expect you to understand "my Figma" but instead to check out the designs and give clear guidance on what you want.

Thanks... I finally I get it. So all the folks advertising here their services are so called " two stops shops"... If I want a new site built I have to find two compatible guys.... One who makes it pretty and one who actually makes it work. Not a smart way to run a business.

So, you are one stop shop? Incl. Payment processor hook up?
You will design the look, ( I approve). You will program all the guts ( I will test it). You will hook up a major payment processor ( ie: Verotel) to a shopping cart. ( I will check)
NOTE: If I move forward, it will NOT be a membership site but PPV/VOD site.
Purely in hypothetical, simple site like that what, would be the range of costs?Comment

Why you hijack this thread?
You need a strategic consultant. This is the person that creates the site brief with you that is then presented to a development team. The development team layouts out the site functionality as described in the brief. Once the development team has concluded the functionality requirements documentation, the project is sent to the programmers.
Once the programmers have completed their part, marketing/SEO/UX are sent version 1.0 of the functional site where content is added for the functionality.
after the base functionality is complete with content and debugged.
Then general content for the site is added.
Now that we have the site built, then a graphics team can come in and make the site pretty.
If you think I left something out. Like approval between steps, I am just winging this off the cuff, while having coffee this morning.
