The rates are for surfers that run the program and press the 'Agree' button. There is no catch, NO surfer will ever be charged a cent. It's completely free for them. There are no conversion rates or anything of the sort either.

If this isn't pointed out on the webpage sufficiently, I'll have it changed now.

We can't pay per minute as there is no call done, so we can't see how long the surfer stays online. As soon as he has clicked the Agree button the webmaster gets credit.

Yes you can pay per minute...your little temp file that accesses the internet could easily log the minutes the user is online with the program open.

But then...hackers could just set up a system to totally take advantage of your program. I'm not saying its a bad idea bro...Im just saying that as you have it now, its not secure enough to base someones pay-check off of.

Of course it would technically be possible, but it would make no sense, don't you agree? I mean how shall we pay per minute if the surfer doesn't even pay a cent?

If you show me an exit program that pays 3 cents per hit or even 1 cent per hit please tell me I'll gladly send some traffic to it

Anyway, I think you underestimate the potential of this program. The results of it are in no way worse than those of a conventional dialer that pay $.40 per minute or more. You'd be surprised to see how many people actually download a dialer and run it but then stop using it because they don't want any call to be made. They expected a movie and not some program that's asking for their phone number or modem.
