Hiring Support specialist (full time job)

Job description:

• Moderate video/photo/text content for the website;
• Handle and resolve customer complaints;
• Report abnormal increase in complaints to the management team.

Requirements for candidates:

• Excellent English skills (Native English speaker is a plus);
• Content moderation experience;
• Sufficient IT background;
• Good Russian skills;
• Ability to work flex hours (nights and weekends);
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Online Customer Support experience;
• Able to work legally in EU without the need to obtain a work permit. (The candidate must have an EU work permit.)
